Has anyone used a raspberry pi using a universal gcode sender with a uc400eth?

As the raspberry pi is cheaper than a new replacement laptop?

The UC400ETH will only work with UCCNC or Mach3/4.
You might want to consider a mini PC. They are pretty cheap.

However the Raspberry PI 4 is powerful enough to run the UCCNC it cannot run it because it does not have an OpenGL graphics driver for Windows. :(
You can get a mini PC or Windows NUC for not much more expensive as a Raspberry PI 4.

A decent laptop isn't too much if you look around.
I got a nice 15.6", HP, i5, 8GB ram, 256 ssd + padded bag for £110 gbp. UCCNC and my machine run great.
