Homing with z in safe location.

Is it possible to setup so that on homing of the x and y axis, it moves z to a safe location?

Also on the home all command is it possible to home x and y simultaneously? So as to speed up the process.

Normally the homing sequence start with the Z axis, so the Z moves up to the home switch and so the Z is already on the top position when the XY are homed.
You can set a backoff distance from the home switch if the safeZ is lower than the home switch and if you want the Z axis to move to that position before the XY homing happens.
It is not possible to home XY simultaneously.
