multiply steps per unit by 25.4
divide speeds by 25.4
Change yout park or tool change locations to inches, which should be multiply the current settings by 25.4

@Gerry:
"divide velocities by 25.4"
I mean, I have to multiply the velocities by 25.4 as well. F59 (inches/min) then becomes F1498.6 (mm/min).

Extract from the G-Code file:
G64 P0.01
G54
G43 H11
G0 X0. Y20.0005
Z0.6
M7
Z0.08
G1 Z0. F59
X0.0236 Y20.0517

That's the G-code. I think Gerry means the machine settings. If your machine maximum speed is 10 000 mm/min then you have to divide that with 25.4 and set to 394 in/min. But if your current configuration is for imperial units then you must of course, do it the other way.

Use the Excel sheet provided by eabrust if you don't want to do manual calculations.
