That's the G-code. I think Gerry means the machine settings. If your machine maximum speed is 10 000 mm/min then you have to divide that with 25.4 and set to 394 in/min. But if your current configuration is for imperial units then you must of course, do it the other way.

Use the Excel sheet provided by eabrust if you don't want to do manual calculations.
