I tried the wiring diagram with the vi1 connection because the fwd doesnt have an av1.
So i used port 4 pin26 for the 5v out and a gnd.
Tool pin 5 and 6 from the analog port and set the pwm to channel 1 in the i/o input.
Do i have to program something on the vfd too?
Thanks for all the help!

??
Why would fwd have an av1?.
FWD is just a ground sinking loop circuit that goes to XGND for simple purpose of making it switchable.
It has no voltage.
Requires an external relay to switch it I/O or a wire loop to close the circuit permanently (on).

Circuit.....
XGND -> Relay com -> Relay NO -> FWD.

Relay.....
Uc300 connected DIRECT- output ports are all 5v+ positive.
Uc300 connected DIRECT- pins 18-25 are all negative.
Unless you complete a circuit using O#+ And a pin from 18-25- the attached device WON'T WORK.

Circuit........
O# -> relay+ pos -> relay- neg -> P18-25.
Needs to be SSR type or any type with only +/- connection.

A relay module with +/-/sig pins doesn't work directly as it is npn low designed for breakout board. A breakout board reverses uc300 port polarity and turns outputs to low trigger. Uc300 direct connection is pnp.

PIN26 IS JUST A 5V AUX POWER!!.
P26 to output won't work.
P26 to 18-25 will be permanently on.

Analog.......
P5 & P6 should be giving voltage. Test with a volt meter or a 12v bulb.
P6, (10v) -> VI1
P5, (GND) -> AGND
should work.

Are you sure you gave the correct vfd model?.
Post pic of connection block just to check.

The vfd you listed should work with the above circuits.

Oh sorry. I meant the vfd doesnt have an av1 connection.

I will make a picture of it tomorrow

Hi there.

I made a picture of the vfd.

I checked every connection and then tested the voltage. Somehow i dont have the needed 12V between p5 and p6 on the analog port. I also checked the other outputs, but they dont have any too. The only pin that supported the 12v was pin 16 (didnt test 8+9). Should they always have voltage or do i have to switch something on?

Thanks!

Vfd connections used look dead on. Is same as my pdf diagram from the manual.

Found this I wrote down regarding the analog port pin description. Easier than explaining in words.
Was a bit rough but....

Hi there.

so i tested all of the analog outputs and i dont have voltage on anyone. the normal 12v outputs work. what can be the reason for this?
