AXBB-C Does not connect to computer

Hi all.
I bought an AXBB-C and the computer can't get any line from it.
He does not receive mach3 or uccnc.
Computer settings are done as in the manual.
I changed the cable with a cross and it's the same thing.
The computer sends packets but receives nothing.

Post a screenshot of your network settings.
Many people misread the manual and set it up wrong.

The settings made are:
Ipv4 10.10.10.10
Subnet mask ipv4 255.255.255.0
DHCP abilitato No
These were the changes made as in the manual and connected with a cross cable between the computer and the card.
And yet it doesn't work.
I also bought the uccnc license, but if they don't see each other, the license can't be functional.
