Uc300eth with license file can't get out of demo mode

I received my uc300eth with c94 board yesterday. I am using the license fine from t h e email yall sent. But it still keeps starting in demo mode. The lights on the card are light up.

When I run the utilityxx and then test the connection, I get the error message, ip range or net mask setting I s wrong. I don't know what to change, or what to change it to.

Make a printscreen of the Utility tool windows with the connection error message please, then we will see why is there connection error.
