axbb-e network connection has disappeared HELP

Good afternoon all you folks

Ive been running my cnc mill on mach 4 windows 10 (dedicated laptop). Recently when switching everything on the network connection became delayed and intermittent. Recently I cannot find the network. Ive done a tactical reset and get the blue flashing light which then goes solid for a moment but the network connection does not appear. If i connect to any other network my laptop sees the ethernet connection. I suspected the laptop was at fault but it doesnt appear to be. Ive tried different cables etc

Any ideas out there ?
