Hi Tedris just ran your code on my DIY machine using UCCNC and ETH300 and it performed beautifully no jagged edges whatsoever so I'm sorry to say it must be a mechanical issue at your end. It has nothing to do with ARCs etc.

Below you can see that UCCNC cuts beautiful circles no jagged edges.

Sorry that i didnt respond so far. I got a bit sick and need to recover.

After that i need to check everything on the mechanical side and will report back if i find anything.

No worries glad you have recovered. You might want to check your power supply to the servos because as you say when cutting linear moves it is fine but when both axes are running then trouble happens. Just a thought.
