We will try to find the shipping export document and will contact the post office then, but they are not easy to deal with as they don't even know how to do these kind of things.
This is why it is much better to ship with shipping companies like DHL, UPS, Fedex etc. they know their job much much better.
But anyways we will contact the post office and will try to do our best to deal with them.
