The latest version is included in the latest version of UCCNC.
The manual is in the folder called Documentation and the manual is called: Modbus_master_plugin.pdf

The latest development release is at the moment 1.2113 and you find it here at the end.

The latest stable release is now 1.2111 and it can be downloaded from the CNCdrive webpage.

Just to be correct : the provided links are goods, but :
- the latest stable is the 1.2113
- the latest dev (kind of beta) vesion is 1.2115
