i think you will find uc300eth default ip is 10.10.10.10 (not 11)

a lot of people have seen the wrong ip in the manual and have conflicts.

i always set pc to 10.10.10.150
subnet 255.0.0.0

The UC300ETH default IP is 10.10.10.11 , so you have to set the computer IP to 10.10.10.10 and netmask 255.255.255.0 , that will mast the last byte of the IP address, so you could use 10.10.10.150 or whatever you want as the last byte.
Just take care to not give the same IP address for the computer and for the UC300ETH, because that is an IP conflict, because 2 devices cannot have the same IP address in the same network.
