Comparing the CycleStart at the beginning of a program to RFH is apples and oranges . But even then at the beginning you had BETTER know where the first point of contact is going to be (;-)

I kinda agree with this thinking. I also believe that if you are going to use run from here, you'd want to go back and start at the beginning of the operation, where this becomes a non issue.
