Xmas 2021 items

Anyone making anything good on their machines to give as Christmas gifts this year? Would be neat to see what any of you are up to for idea sharing purposes.

I got making some big 18" long spoons in maple and cherry (based on a Vectric forum posting https://forum.vectric.com/viewtopic.php?p=209289&sid=bada93be19a7454d836e4dcd19dbccea#p209289), and made some modifications to the files to make a flatted spatula/spoon. The flat spoon winds up getting some work on the belt sander to blend out the chunk left near the pointed corner, as its faster to manually sand it off.

Seemed like a neat gift idea, so I made a bunch... Left the artsy designs in the 'bowls' to the wife, and I marked the rear of the handles for fun with the kids input :) :

If anyone is interested, I could post VCarve or GCode files. Only two bits used are a 1/4" flat endmill and a 3/16" ball endmill.

Eric

Sure thing, I packed both spoons up w/ a short description/readme file. Units are in INCHES, stock is 20x4x.75" blanks. Origin is material surface in the center of the board for both sides.

This is one of my homemade Christmas 2021 gifts.
It is a basic, aluminium, Turner’s Cube which has the family names etc. engraved on the centre cube. This photo was taken after the engraving was complete but before the finish polishing.

Assuming you mean for the spoons, and not Tweakie's cube :D

Format is VCarve 10.5
