Flashing R in feed

I must have hi a key or something as I now have a flashing red R in my feed and every time I do a jog step with my P4s the speed is reduced till there is .1 in the feed....what did I do wrong....can't find any info on a flashing R so far in the manual.

The flashing R means that you are in Rapid mode: G0 is active.

interesting....the problem I am having is when I do a jog in steps the feed speed drops 50% with each step command.

The step speed is what you set by the F command overridden by the FRO.
