ucr 201 jog pendant

I'm having an issue with my jog pendant. My batteries got low, so I changed them and then the remote unsynced from the receiver. I've hit the reset button and pressed and held f1 and f5 buttons to boot up the boot loader. I've selected CH5 , America zone. I then reset and closed down UCCNC and then went to plugin config screen and selected the correct channel zone and the pendant does not connect. The only idea, I currently have is to uninstall and reinstall ucnc software?

any one has a fix to this glitch, please let me know
