Erratic spindle speed

Wondering where to start troubleshooting my spindle which has started spinning erratically, hoping someone can help. When I power it up it does not spin at a steady frequency. It jumps around.

I would check if the analog voltage is constant or fluctating when the spindle speed is fluctating, this way you could see if the issue is with the VFD or not, because if the speed is fluctating and the analog input voltage to the VFD is constant then the issue is sure with the VFD.

What exactly is it doing? If it varies up and down by ±1000 rpm, then it's an issue with the VFD. Mine does this exact same thing, and I've seen examples of many other Huanyang VFD's doing this.
The solution for me was to use the Huanyang plugin for speed control instead of analog.

The voltage is steady so must be the vfd. It was working fine a few days ago...
Where do I get this plug in?
