Limit switches trigged and stuck

I have a problem with my limit switches, I have configured them so they works fine when homing. When running a job and hitting a switch it isn't possible to reset by hitting the button - I got a message saying "The reset logic of the software is active....". The machine is then stuck and I have to turn it off.

Furthermore - when I run a job Fusion 360 generates G53 G0 Z0 and when I have a high working height the Z is triggered and the machine is stuck.

Turn on override limits, turn off reset, jog away from the limit switch.
