pop up window

HI all I am building a 4x4 plasma cutter I dont have a torch connected yet just trying to learn the operation. When I click cycle start this window pops up sometimes does anyone know how I disable it. Many Thanks Alan

This window pops up if you pressing the "Run from here" button prior to the cycle start.
