Home goes backwards

Can anyone help, for some reason when i opened the system today and then clicked "home" everything went backwards, so the "Z" went down instead of up, "X" went to the right not left and "Y" went to the front left corner instead of back right.
Have tried turning on and off and everything else i can think of, any help would be greatly appreicated.

You have all those home switches wired to the same input pin right?
What likely happening is that one of your home switches is faulty, it might be stucked in.
So, the controller when it starts the homing sequence it thinks that your axis is already on the home switch and so it starts with the moving off sequence which is the opposite direction movement.
Because all home switches are wired to the same input pin therefor 1 home switch going faulty makes all axis to act the same when homing, because the controller sees them as a single input.

So, I would verify the home switches and also their wiring, because maybe the wire is broken not the switch/sensor.
