UCR201 Losing connection

When I first start up the machine the UCR201 works fine, I use it to set up whatever I will be working on. After I run a program it loses connection and will not connect again until I do a computer restart. Any ideas, it is getting very annoying? Windows 10 computer, UC100 with C11G. Thank you for any help. Also I get a solid red light on the usb receiver.
