Suitable Laptop PC

Postby Spuds » Fri Apr 16, 2021 1:37 pm

Hi folks. I just built a small 3 axis machine and now need a PC.
Can you tell me if this little guy would be suitable ?
Brand new, never online, for UCCNC and AXBB_E, maybe CAD/CAM ONLY ! maybe for several machine profiles.

Thanks, just want to be certain before I buy.

I have a USB 2.0 to Ethernet adapter that I hoped would work OK. I read here somewhere that it would work fine.
Confirm ?
Thanks

Hi Cncdrive, were you able to check the info ? Would you expect it will work with the aforementioned adapter ? If so, I want to order one today.
Thanks for your assistance,
8-)

I have checked and the processor frequency 1.1 GHz looks a little low, but it is dual core, so it should be OK.

Thank you folks.
I just got this one. Used, but looks to be in good working order.
Intel Celeron N2840 2.16 GHz
Installed RAM 2.00 GB (1.9 usable)
Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit
Anxious to get it loaded and hooked up !
Thanks again,
:)
