Is there a dedicated postpro for Rhinocam mill / UCCNC ?

if no specific one, what is the best existing one to with UCCNC ?

I'm not familiar with that CAM software, but the UCCNC is basically compatible with Mach3/4, I mean it understands the same RS274NGC programming language.
So, a MAch3 post processor should work. There might be a need for minor syntax modifications, but usually an of the shelf Mach3 post processor works just fine without any modifications.

It's mostly the same as Mach3. If you are doing rigid tapping there is some customization you will need to do.
