I ordered last year a AXBB-E with software to test functionality on my DIY gantry CNC. Now i am ready to put the AXBB-E into operation but unfortunately i cant get output1 on port1 to work.
I set M3 to O1 on port1 and conneted a relay to it like the manual says. Relay+ ---- 24V Relay- ------O1. When i enable CCW spindle M3 nothing happens except the red dot for O1 in the diagnostic screen turns on. When i disable CCW spindle the red onboard LED at O1 flashs just for a moment but the relay doesn´t turn on.
When i set the output to any other isolated output then it just works fine. Just O1 does this strange thing.
Its the first time i connected something to the Isolated outputs. Before i just had the stepper signals to my JMC IHSS57 Motors.
So i dont know if its broken or i am doing something wrong.
Maybe someone has an idea what could be wrong.
