No response from CNCdrive webshop?

Hi,

I placed an order on the CNCdrive webshop 10 days ago and I received their automatic email response, but that's it...
No payment option or anything else since then.
I should mention that I placed an order some days before that, and they answered to this one,
but I didn't pay it, because I had some serious trouble placing my order: my adress contains a " ' " symbol, which the website doesn't accept.
It took me a long time to figure this out, and after each try, my shopping cart found himself emptied, therefore it didn't contain all correct parts.
I placed a new order (the correct one), that's the one with no response...
Is this normal? what could I do?
I really need their UCCNC licence key because in my cnc building frenzy I bought an ABBX-E elsewhere :'( (and now I can't get bundle prizes anymore )

Ok, that's weird because I didn't receive anything...
You sent it to my mail, right? I got previous mails from you there (from previous wrong order), but nothing new. I checked the spam too...

Yes, I sent the the correct email address. To the same what you sent me in private message now.
I have resent the order confirmation email now.
If you still did not receive it then please also check the spam folder of your emails.

I have quite same issue. I have made the payment, but have not got any confirmation. My order ID is 11226.
