z axis referencing

Hi all
Not sure if this is a sheetcam enquiry but here I go

I use uccnc along with a mini thc, when referencing with z axis for z 0

I have no way of slowing the feed rate to preset value say 5mm above the material is it possible to create code in sheetcam post to such

I have attached copy of my post processor

Any help is apricated
