Open Jog Panel with hotkey

Hi Terry,

The jogpanel is not a tab page, it is a same OpenGL control as the main window and has the same functions as the main panel.
Calling hotkey 401 on the AS3 will open tab page on the mainscreen and calling the same hotkey on AS3jog will open the same tab page number on the jogpanel if the jogpanel has that tab page. (on our screenset it only has the 1. tab page and no other ones.

Opening the jog panel currently works only with the mouse pointer (includes the virtual mouse).
Do you think we should add button codes to open and close the jog panel?

It's obviously a personal choice thing, but I would love a hotkey to open the jog panel or the ability to assign a pin to use a physical button on my pendant where I set the jogspeed, distance etc.

I'm also a bit clumsy and find I'm often opening the jogscreen accidentally when I mouse over to that side of the screen

We've just added button codes for the jog panel to pop out and to hide.
And also added an option to disable the automatic jog panel popout.
These are now available in test version 1.2031.
