AXBB-E settings for VFD

Postby Belgiantiger_8 » Mon Dec 28, 2020 2:11 pm

Hallo my name is Philippe, I am new here!
I have some problems with my spindle speed. my spindle only keeps running at one speed, 133.33 or 8000 rpm.
when I put s24000 in the software program uccnc, it continues to run at 8000rpm and will not and it won't run at higher speed.
I can only increase this speed when I am not working via the control board and directly via the VFD or when I increase the lower limit in Pd011 freq. but then it remains this speed. I cannot decrease or increase
what am I doing wrong, see pictures connection and settings uccnc software.
settings VFD:
VFD settings
Pd001=0
Pd002=1
Pd003=1
Pd005=400
Pd003=400
Pd004=400
Pd007=0.50
Pd008=220
Pd009=15
Pd010=8.0
Pd011=133.33
Pd014=10
Pd015=10
Pd025=1
Pd027=0.80
Pd141=220
Pd142=8
Pd143=2
Pd144=3000

Set PD001 = 1
Then measure the voltage on the VFD between VI and ACM at different speeds, to see if the voltage is correct.
Also, there's a jumper on the VFD which needs to be set to 1-2.

on the entry VFD settings I accidentally typed Pd003 twice. this is wrong of me. so it is Pd001=1 and Pd002=1 and the jumper was set to 1-2pin ( markt V1)
I then measured the current between VI and ACM and this is always 8.8volt both at 8000rpm or at 24000rpm and it does not change !!!!
