Analog output

Postby dhuvelle » Mon Sep 21, 2020 7:14 pm

Hi all,

I just purchased my AXBB-E. I' wiring my VFD (XSY AT1 2200 s). I'm having troubles by making the spindle run at the same speed that UCCNC is telling.
I have read a lot since a few hours on this forum so I do have checked that analog output was delivering 0-10V (even if it's not exactly 10V but a little less). Spindle is running but RPM does not match. I don't have PID control.

Is there a way to adjust the analog output to make 18000 RPM in UCCNC be 18000 RPM on the spindle ?

thanks.

The UCCNC scales the PWM min. to PWM max. range to the spindle speed min. to max. range.
So, yes, you can freely adjust those parameters to fit your VFD settings and RPM requirements,
