No Karnage I have acknowledged that this was my fault
I do not dispute it was my fault ,, I made the mistake ,, Can happen to the best of us . I presume even you may have made an occasional one too.
But it came down to the simple fact that CNCdrive and only CNCdrive could help me . Even if they had asked for a small fee that wouldn't have been unreasonable !!!!!
I am just expressing my disappointment that it took 2.5 days , several emails , and creating a stink on here to get any attention !!!
I wont lose this again but it does raise a question about ongoing support and whether I might be ill advised to buy further CNCdrive products .
Particularly when there is no acknowledgement of any customer service issue,, because until that happens why should anything improve?
