Output stops, during several actions

Dear all,

I have a vacuum pump for tool on one of my outputs controlled by a macro, which is switching a shunt for driving the pump.
The vacuum is for tool holding purpase. Once I load new G-code (explorer window) as well as M6 command the Outbup is switched off.
What can be the issue for that?

Give much more information: program version, controller, how do you switch and which output, etc. Also, upload your profile, because there can be a setting which interferes with your macro.

Hi, I solved it. I had some overlap with the cooling functions. Therefore it was switched off.
