I noticed when cutting arcs the machine does not move smooth through the arc. I attached a pic of my settings, any help would be great.

Your CV tolerance settings are low enough so it is sure smooth in software, I suspect mechanical problem in your machine, maybe backlash.

Would micro stepping have anything to do with it? I currently have it set to 800 PPR.

it depends what your drive mechanism is too....

how many steps per unit are you presently running?

are you using digital or analog stepper motor drives?

We do not know anything about your setup, your mechanics (ballscrew or rack or belt etc.?), we also have no idea what is the movement size for one step.
Also we do not know what do you mean by "not smooth motion"?
Some further explanation would be required...
