Can I use a negative value in a parameter?

My Mach3 gcode files with negative parameter values will not work in UCCNC. Can't find anything about it in the manual. Is there a way to do it?

Got it figured out. I was trying to use brackets
Z[#100] wouldn't work
Z#100 works
