Thanks. I see only one thing in your settings: the PWM min. duty % should be 75, I think. The AXBB sets the analog output. I also checked your pictures again and found that your VFD waits for 0..20 mA on AI, but you give it voltage, so you should check the IU selector. See picture.

With your profile the AXBB-E outputs the required voltage.

I have the iu on u so the vfd should see be waiting for voltage.

Then I have no more idea. With setting the min. duty to 75%, UCCNC is correctly set up. You may have some cabling problem or the VFD not set up as it should. You should start with a switch and a potentiometer and test the VFD first, then replace the switch with the UCCNC driven relay and just after all, connect the analog out. Of course, when you disconnect the VFD, check the AXBB outputs too, but those will work, I tested them with your profile.

Changed it to 75 like suggested but the axbb-e continues to send full voltage.
