So why is it working with Shapeoko and Haas machine properly … no issue there.

I believe I don't have the homing right.
The White box is too big.
And the machine doesent understand where the part sits. So is there any explanation about this?

The white box shows around the area where your g-code moves the axes. From the UCCNC side it is that simple.

You press the home button right next to the axes DROs on the run screen.

The yellow must be the cutter.
