I didn't know that it happens with generated laser path. Then I don't have any idea, I can only test it next week.

With milling I get the warning. It's independent from the screenset.

Could it be this setting?

It is available in the default screenset but disabled, it is not included in the Stepcraft screenset.

Well, that was my question. :) This option was not implemented in 1.2006. You can place this checkbox (342) to somewhere in the setup and then you can turn it on and save.

Thank you, it works.
It seems that you are very knowledgeable about UCCNC.
Maybe it would be better if I use the default screenset, who knows what is still wrong.
Is it possible to link my current profile with the default screenset or do I have to create a new profile and accept all values?

As I know, there are some special buttons/settings on the Stepcraft screen, but I don't remember exactly. (I saw it a long time ago.) In theory, it may work, but I'm not sure. I had some mails with Stepcraft and I think (hope) they are working on updating their screenset, but I'm not sure, I just think it.

Ok, I'm going to ask Stepcraft.
Thanks again for your useful tips and a happy new year

dezsoe wrote:OK, that screenset is old, but you can make it work.

- Find and write down the values from the old profile in section [IOsetupsettings]: CurrentHiLopinnumber, CurrentHiLoportnumber and CurrentHiLopinnegate.
- Load the new UCCNC with the old screenset (where the settings are in the I/O settings, but you cannot use them) and start Edit screen on the General settings page.
- While pressing Shift key select the I/O setup page.
- Change the pin, port and active low: click on the field and change labelnumber/boxnumber as follows. Always click Apply settings in the screen editor window after you changed the number.
- Current hi/low pin (labelnumber): old 96, new 2606
- Current hi/low port (labelnumber): old 275, new 2612
- Current hi/low active low (boxnumber): old 60, new 347
- Select File tab in screen editor and press Save screenset.

Now you can set the values that you wrote down and save settings. It should work now.

This seems to be the solution to my problem. Unfortunalty my Stepcraft screenset does not have the button "Edit screen" on the General setting page. Apparently this is disabled by Stepcraft. When I execute UCCNC without a profile I can see the button. Is there a way to make this button visible in the Stepcraft screenset?
