Seem to have found a problem within Uccnc?.
Little bit of background info first:-
Using Uccnc v2.111 with a UC100 Dongle.
I have attached my profile and program in question.
I realized after copying the profile that the x and z axis will need enabling in the config screens again (Sorry).
Anyway I have had no problems until i started doing 3d carvings and suddenly the z axis would lose steps,I know this is common and usually boils down to accel/velocity settings.
I tried the accel all the way down to 30mm.
But no matter what i did i could not get rid of them,After two weeks of trying for hours every day.
Any way to cut a long story short.
Disabled the x and y axis in the config screens so only the z was enabled and pulled the fuses to x and y aswell so the only drive that is powered is the z axis.
Ran the program from start to finish with no lost steps.
Sounded lovely and smooth.
Now turned on the x axis in config screen but still no power to the drive.
Ran the program and had lost steps and the z axis did not sound as smooth (Seemed to be making abrupt starts and stops in places).
So the only conclusion i can come to is that when accel/decel in multiple axis in certain situations uccnc or uc100 is not working within the parameters given?
Or there is some kind of crosstalk between the Low level step and direction lines between the axis but this is highly unlikely after all these years.
