I get message Boxes 1 thru 4, then when I click on message box 4 it crashes.

It is even more strange now.
Between point 4. and 5. there is only these 2 lines of codes:

starthiderpanel.Visible = false; // The screen is ready to show, so hide the hider panel
starthiderpanel.Refresh();

It just removes an empty grey panel from the screen, nothing else.
Anyways, what I did now is that I removed these 2 lines and kept the numbered messagboxes in place.
And made that panel unvisible by default.

I'm really curious to see what happens now. New exe attached.

Got a message from another forum.
win 10 (64bit) - the program loads well, the interface works!
Probably easier to switch to win 10 (64bit)

Can you please check if the Plugininterface.dll is in the UCCNC folder? I mean is it not missing, right?

You had me delete all the dll files in the plugin folder. I don't have it.

Not in the plugins folder, but in the UCCNC folder. In the top level folder of the UCCNC in other words.
