I installed Mach3 (legit license) and the machine beehives in the same way. Do you think there is something wrong with my wiring? Do I have to wire the ENBL- and +?

OK, so let's summarize your problems to see it clear:

1.) Your slave axis does not move at all, correct?
2.) Your Z axis moves, but only in the opposite direction. But it moves to both directions, correct?

For point 1. I would test that slave axis with unslaving it and moving it standalone to see if it even gets the step/dir signals. So you will then see if the issue is with slaving or it is simply wiring problem or BOB problem.

For point 2. You can change the axis direction with the Active low checkbox of the direction pin setting, that inverts the axis movement directions.

For most stepper drives you do not have to connect the enable input, this is idiotism that manufacturers label a disable signal with enable sign, I mean the input in most drives disables the drive and not enabling it.
If the motor has holding torque when powered with the enable input not connected then you do not have to connect it.

I unslaved axis as per your indications
It was my mistake on specifying axis. My "Y" axis doesn't move at all along with my "X" axis
My "A" axis (or Y slave) moves correctly and the "Z" axis moves correctly after I checked the active low.

Swap the non working drives on your breakout board with the working ones, and see which ones work. I think you have a wiring issue.

Just did that and after swapping the other axis start working.
Is something wrong with the drivers or the BOB?

Thank you all for your help. As I suspected was my fault on wiring in the BOB. After swapped the wires on X and Y everything works as it should.
On this BOB topic I have a quick question.
As you see in my wiring diagram I have a 5V USB and a 5V power supply. Are those redundant? Do I need both or only one (either or)?

Yes, redundant. As I mentioned before, if you want to use the inputs, you'll need a 12-24V supply, along with the 5V or USB.
