I spend a lot of time to adapt uccnc to my needs.
I just sharing this screenset here to help if someone need ideas.
But I will not share the screenset because I have many many macros associated to the butons and alot of the work is in portuguese.
Thanks for watching!

What about offering the screenset for sales with licensing it to the serial number of the motion controller?

yes, we can offer the screen for sale, no problem.
But we have to see the best way to do that.
I my case I have the custom pcbs (that i can offer for sale to), and the screenset mach all the inputs and outputs, or I have to do a different screenset without some functions

Oh man, that's so cool. It has a bit of lag while adjusting, or it's supposed to be like that?
BTW, the screenset looks amazing.

Hi XYZ_Spec, thanks!
yes, it has a little bit of lag because I have a macro reading the z axis coordinates and then I adjust the dust collector, you can see the lag in the video because the gcode is like a 3d work, if you are cutting parts, you can't see the lag.

I have a macro reading the z axis coordinates and then I adjust the dust collector,
Our Morbidelli adjusts the shoe based on material thickness and tool length. The material thickness is in the gcode. You can also specify an offset distance from the material to get it closer or farther from the material.

I Gerry, thanks for the tip.
At this moment our shoe is working with the length of the tool and you can add an offset to every tool.
But we have program the shoe to work with the z zero of G54-59 at the surface of the part to be machining, and then we have a second option that force the shoe to be always at the surface of the material
that you can see on the video.
Probably, the best way to program the shoe is like Morbidelli
