I've managed to work my way around editing a screenset, having been using UCCNC for only a few days. At first I thought it was far more complicated than Mach3 (Machscreen editor) but I'm getting there, slowly.
I wanted to mimic the original Mach3 setup with the 24" touchscreen, set to portrait mode. There is a blank area at the bottom (not shown on the attached image) to allow for an on-screen keyboard.
My next challenge is to figure out how to modify and setup the tool macros for the 8 position tool-changer!

I could consider sharing it but I'll need to tidy it up before I do. I'm pretty new to UCCNC and some of the other pages (tabs) are somewhat messy.
