True Type Font.....

I'm trying to add a specific font to a DRO but when I select it from the fonts list, it says "Only True Type Fonts are supported. This is not a True Type font".

The font is definitely a TTF.

Hi Gerry,

It's a 7-segment style font. Interestingly enough, I tried another similar font but the digits 'shifted' a lot when counting up/down. I guess the reason for this was that a number 1 was smaller in size than a number 8 for example...hence the 'shift'.

That said, it did allow me to add this font even if I wasn't happy with it. I checked the properties of this font against the one I'm trying to add and they looked identical.

Not sure what's going on here. I just tried it again and it worked!

Don't run UCCNC while you install the font. I found this font which looks much better and is monospace.

I changed the font to the DSEG Classic type and it worked much better than the seven segment version I described earlier. Then I saw your reply! Thanks for the comment on installing fonts. I did wonder whether the font error message was generated by UCCNC or Windows.
