I've generated several 3axis toolpath with Vectric Vcarve, and then combined them into one NC file as a subprograms like "do subprogram 1 at angles 0, 60, 120, rotate to A90 and do subprogram 2".

Both are milled with manually written NC file (some variables, run subprogram N times for every tooth... )
