UC100 DSUB-25 connector pinout

The DB-25 pinout on my CCK5560 to ST-V3 breakout board is numbered with 1 on the right top to 13 at the left end and 14 on the bottom right with 25 at the left end. The UC100 is just the opposite. When I set up Mach3 I got an Emergency error that will not clear. Could this be from the difference in pinouts? I do not know how to locate what is causing the E-stop error. Can you help me?
