I/O indicators flickering

Hello,
I'm running UCCNC with a UC 100 and a Gecko G540 Driver. As I'm in cycle the Output indicators on the diagnostics tab start flickering red and sometimes stay steady. If I jog the axis around they also flicker on and steady. I’ve disconnected the DB9 motor cables one at a time and they still flicker. Even if my Gecko G540 is powered off it happens.
I've tried 2 different PC’s and installed UCCNC a half dozen times. The only way I can get it to be satisfied is to disable the axis in UCCNC.
Thanks for your help in advance.

What do you mean by flickering? It is normal that output leds are changing state: you can see them communicating with your motor drivers. Or did I misunderstand something?

When I start UCCNC and attach the UC 100 I click on the diagnosis screen and in the I/O monitor port #1 field output O6 and O9 are red and I haven't even turned on the gecko. I even unplugged the UC 100 from the gecko restarted UCCNC and no change. I thought an "O6" or O9 indicating red would be in a fault state? It doesn't matter if the uc100 is connected to the driver or not.

If an output virtual LED is red means that it is on the high state (5Volts) and when it is grey indicates the output is on the low state (0Volts).
Depending on what you have configured on those output pins it may be normal that the output LED is red on startup.
It is not a fault state anyways.

The colors mean that output is red when on and input is green when on. On means high level and both are gray when low level.
