It's possible to get detailed error, to see the limit switch that cause the error?

No, currently its not possible to directly get this information.
The only way is to disable limit switches and run that way and see if the limit switch issue happens.
However if the limit switches are connected to a single input or grouped to only a few inputs and not connected to independt inputs then there is no way to get this information.
