Softlimit override

Postby Sanji » Sat Jan 25, 2025 2:18 pm

Good day.

Is it possible to temporarily disable softlimits automatically when probing just like when Homing, the softlimits are ignored.
The reason is I want to place my fix probe outside of the softlimits.

Thank you always.

You should be able to modify your probing macro to disable them, then re-enable them.

Hi,

Thank you for the response.

May I ask what is the code to enable and disable the softlimits so I can add it to my probing routine.
Sorry to ask but I cannot find the code in the manual or in the forum.

Thank you always.

As I recall, this is how
Soft limit off exec.Callbutton(519);
and again on exec.Callbutton(518);

Yes, you can call the function code (buttonnumber) of the function you want (E.g. the softlimits).
You can check the UCCNC/Documentation folder, there is a list of the button numbers.
