I get the error function code 120 / 127 not supported. Any hint, where I can find more info? I see the communication counters counting up.

Where and when do you get this message? If using the Modbus plugin then what is the version of the plugin?

I‘m using uccnc 1.2116 and the Modus Master Plugin, that came with uccnc.
I get the error, as I start the loop with functions enabled. With functions disabled, I get no error.

OK, getting closer. In 1.2116 the Modbus plugin version is 1.6.0.0. But I still don't know what did you set in the functions. Could you upload your profile with the saved Modbus settings? Also, what is connected using Modbus?

I can't get a grip at the machine now, only in the evening. In the function i want to read coils, slave adress 1, starting register slave and uccnc at 0, everything like in the manual. The slave is an I/O-board: https://de.aliexpress.com/i/1005005338884242.html (youtube-link not working?)

On Youtube press Share, select Embed then copy. This long string has to be between the youtube - /youtube.
As I see Battwell could control this beauty, so it's possible. I can't imagine how he could do it, because the manuals don't help too much...

So, what can I do but asking at YouTube and hoping for an answer?

As I wrote: upload your profile. It has your settings for the Modbus plugin, so I can compare it with the manuals and (hopefully) find the problem.
