How long to receive license from cnc4pc?

New user. Bought an AXBB-E board and a license from cnc4pc that shipped on Mar 27th. I have the board and finally got to the point that I wanted to fire up the software this morning. No license key email. I didn't realize it would be emailed and didn't read the email saying it would have or I would have contacted them earlier. That's on me.

To my question, how long should it take? A week seems plenty to me. I put a support ticket in earlier today, but guessing I am SOL since its the weekend :/ Not a huge deal, but not a great start to using the software. I had sort of assumed it would call home once connected, etc and do the licenses.

It depends on when they request the license key from us.
We send license keys within 24 hours mostly even on holidays and weekends.

Arturo sent it to me Sunday morning. Very appreciative.

For anyone in the future, check to make sure you have a txt attachment sent. For some reason the original email never came through. Don't wait until you're trying to get it working on the weekend to look for the license file (like I did).

If you purchase your license from CNC4PC, then you need to contact Arturo at CNC4PC to get the license.
