Are you starting UCCNC with a desktop shortcut that points to the correct profile?

Usually it means a corrupted profile file when the profile file is broken or empty.
The software reads the screenset file name which is empty and so it gives you this error.
Open the .pro profile file in the UCCNC/Profiles folder with a text editor and check it's content.

Profile file corruption happens if the computer gets shut down while the UCCNC is saving content into the profile file.

You can enable the Backupprofile plugin, it makes backup copies of the profile file which you can use to copy/replace the original broken one.

I removed your other thread. Creating a new thread with the same question is useless.

You didn't reply Gerry. Are you sure that the shortcut opens an existing profile? If the profile does not exist then you get the same error message. Check the profile name after the /p switch.

Also check the Screens folder if the screenset file exists. The file name must be "Default2019.ssf". Check if there are any spaces that you don't see, but the file name will not match.
